My darling husband doesn't cook. Well almost never, but over the last seven years he has tried a few dinners here and there. His specialty is breakfast, pancakes, biscuits and bacon! But he has a flare for the gourmet! He never just makes something simple and he never makes something twice. This summer he has made 'Wasabi Infused Mahi Mahi Sandwiches and his latest from Food Network is 'Roman Chicken.'



It was really yummy. It had a whole cut up chicken with red and yellow bell peppers, proscuito and lots of fresh herbs! He also made these potatoes to compliment the dish.



Doesn't it look good! It tasted even better than it looked! I'd say that's gourmet! Yummy can't wait for his next masterpiece!
